CANOPS RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns may be accepted within 30 days from the date you received the item for a full refund, less a 7% restocking fee. In the event the product is defective, damaged, or if you have received the incorrect product, the restocking fee will be waived.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Any personalized, year/date specific, or special ordered products will not qualify for a return.
To initiate a return or exchange, email ResourceCentre@canops.org with your order number to receive your return authorization. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the incorrect product, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for arranging and paying return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of their choice.
To cancel an order, contact ResourceCentre@canops.org as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will immediately refund your payment in the same method of original payment. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the items back from you and processed them at our warehouse.
